We created this internal communication campaign for Red Bull in collaboration with Maverick, London.

With sales falling in line with their grasp on the market Red Bull required an internal campaign to re-energise their staff and put the energy back into the way they were doing their day to day jobs. We created the 'Pursue Redonism' campaign to paint a motivational picture and set an aspirational tone that would push the Red Bull team to go that extra distance for the company.The 'Redonism' way of thinking was given credence via hedonistic experiences that would be rewarded upon meeting the companies required goals. The campaign was designed to be rolled out across internal visuals, print, web and motion platforms. This project was for pitch purposes.
